Getting together during the holidays arouses a sense of ritual, ceremony and giving – food being one of the main components of these gatherings.
This holiday season, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar hosts a four-course dinner and wine pairing experience with Duckhorn Vineyards from now until Monday January 3.

Duckhorn Vineyards’ staple land is just outside of St. Helena, California, and the estate specializes in Merlot wines, which are just one of the types of wines you can sip with your meal.
Dinner is available until the beginning of January, including Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, and the main dinner menu will also be available during the holidays. Plan ahead as the restaurant will be closed on Christmas Day.

Four-Course Duckhorn Vineyards Dinner Menu
First course
- Louie Seafood Salad – shrimp and giant crab in pieces sautéed in creamy mustard, marinated onions with lemon balsamic vinaigrette and old bay seasoning
- Paired with the Napa Valley Chardonnay
Second lesson
- Wild mushroom polenta cake – lightly fried creamy goat cheese with mushrooms, balsamic glaze, pepper sauce and green onions
- Paired with the Napa Valley Merlot
Third course (optional)
- Small Filet Mignon -with mushrooms, demi-glace and merlot salt served with pulled butter
- North Atlantic Lobster Tail – with mushrooms, demi-glace and merlot salt served with pulled butter
- Paired with the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth course
- Orange olive oil cake
- Paired with the Napa Valley Decoy Brut Cuvée Sparkling Wine
