El Che Steakhouse & Bar and RPM Steak join forces for five-course collaboration dinner in March

On Tuesday, March 1, Chef John Manion of El Che Steakhouse & Bar will join RPM Steak for a special one-night-only collaboration dinner. The event, held at RPM Steak, features a five-course feast of Chef Manion’s flame-grilled favorite meats and other Argentine-inspired dishes. South American wine pairings from Chile and Argentina will complement the menu and provide savory selections to accompany each course. Tickets are $160 per person and can be purchased through Tock. Full menu and wine pairings include:

First course:

  • Blue Shrimp Crudo – Piquillo Pepper, Horseradish, Lemon

  • Zuccardi “Fossil” Chardonnay, 2018

Second course: all dishes are for the table and served with traditional sauces and seasonal vegetables

  • Tira De Asado, Beef Short Ribs, Red Chimi

  • Chorizo, Salsa Criolla

  • Veal Sweetbreads, Warm Potato Salad with Bacon, Apple Butter

  • Morcilla, Apple Mostarda

  • Zuccardi, Malbec, “Poligonos”, 2018

Third lesson:

  • Avocado, Tomato, Heart of Palm, Cucumber, Lime-ajo Vinaigrette

  • Beef empanadas with picadillo

Fourth course: all dishes are for the table and served with traditional sauces and seasonal vegetables
